I hate that my photography work has to be put on hold for almost a month and pray that I won’t lose any followers due to this slow period, but I promise as soon as I’m back…I’m BACK and will keep my blog full of beautiful images for your viewing pleasure! 🙂

With that said, I’m also busting-at-the-seams-excited to be getting married to the most amazing, caring, patient, thoughtful guy I’ve ever met in just over 2 weeks now! I’ve had 15 months to plan this wedding and it feels like all the work has happened in the past month and it finally feels like it’s all coming together now.

-We picked up our marriage license yesterday, where I learned that the City of Chesapeake has produced 400-ish marriage licenses and 1,100+ divorce papers! That was a fun fact to learn…thanks Calvin, for asking that question.  🙂

-I’m picking up my dress today!

-My vows are almost done and our last pre-marital meeting with the Pastor is tomorrow night.

-And the centerpieces are alllmost complete! 🙂

I’m just so ready for the day to get here! I can’t wait to marry Calvin and officially become Stephanie Michelle Piland! I’m also THRILLED to have all of our friends and family in one place for that weekend. (This will be once in a lifetime for me, considering my family is 10 hours away and my friends are scattered all over the place!)

And while I know it will all go by too fast, and I’ll wake up the next morning wishing we could go back and enjoy it all over it again….I CANNOT wait to spend 12 glorious days in Hawaii with my new husband!
