Yall know I’m playing catch up with my blog, so I have some weddings from last year that I have scheduled to share—one of which is Rachel and Derek’s! So I’m getting a little ahead of myself by posting their maternity session that I just did a couple months ago! 🙂 But they just welcomed a beautiful little girl into the world this month, so I wanted to go ahead and get their beautiful maternity session up! Wedding to come. 🙂

Rachel is a makeup artist that used to work with me on sessions before she (so rudely!) moved away! So some of you may recognize her! I was so lucky to get to capture her wedding, now wedding, and soon her little girl. I remember talking at one of our sessions together about the possibility of babies someday, and it felt so far away and not even real. But it feels like that conversation happened yesterday, and here we are now, married up and momming. 🙂 I love that I got to help capture that journey with her and absolutely can’t wait to capture some of their first family portraits!
