Megan and Mike booked me to be their wedding photographer JUST before Megan was set to go out on deployment, so I never had the opportunity to meet them in person before their engagement session. And in the past 6 months, while Megan was away on deployment, Mike has been fiance-of-the-year on top of all the wedding planning along side their awesome wedding planner, Hannah Hildebrandt Events! As soon as Megan returned from deployment and they both happened to be on leave together, we immediately scheduled their engagement session!
We had their session at the perfect location, Megan’s grandparent’s farm on the Eastern Shore. Which is also where they’ll be holding their wedding. I CANNOT wait for that and to share this beautiful farm with you! The house will be undergoing final renovations just in time for the picturesque farm wedding. Megan and Mike quickly gave me the rundown of where everything would happen for the wedding, a tent in the front lawn, the pool open and lit with their initials, and thousands of flowers and plants that she and her family will plant this mother’s day. I could picture it all, and I know it will be just perfect! 🙂
Not to mention, Megan and Mike are such an easy going, fun-loving couple. They laughed and smiled their whole way through this session. While editing, I couldn’t help but smile because theirs were just infectious!
