I love these next few months, as boudoir sessions start to pick up for the holidays! I’m also thrilled that this will be my first year being able to use my very own boudoir studio! This means so much more flexibility in scheduling sessions and the ability to customize the look and feel of my studio to suit each client! Here’s a recent boudoir session I photographed in my studio, we took advantage of all the beautiful natural light coming in! That boudoir session is also a great example of an effortlessly sexy boudoir style. Boudoir portraits don’t always have to include elaborate lingerie outfits, sometimes it’s the most casual looks that can be the sexiest. I’ll be sharing more alternative boudoir styles in next week’s What To Wear series.

Of course, I had to include a soft, feminine look with shades of pink and gold! Pairing this lacy berry colored lingerie set with that gorgeous silk robe and accessories will create such a romantic, classic look! This outfit would be great for anyone looking to show off their legs.

I absolutely love all of the gorgeous body suits available now…especially those with a little (or a lot) of lace! With or without the accessories, this body suit paired with a set of thigh-highs would make for a very chic boudoir style! Add in the gold accessories and platform stilettos and it’s a totally classic and luxurious look.

Looking for something a little more relaxed? This robe from Urban Outfitters is one of my favorites! I LOVE sheer robes, because they let you cover up just enough, but show just enough skin at the same time! This lacy bra and panty set would go perfectly with it.

Another body suit, but this time, with a lot more lace! If you’re feeling a little more daring and want to bare a little more skin than the last body suit, this one’s for you! Plus, who can say no to that gorgeous plunging neckline and low back?! Wear it all on it’s on, or dress it up with thigh highs and some beautiful chandelier earrings.

Finally, a boudoir outfit inspired by the holiday season! This lingerie set is similar to a structured body suit or corset, but lets you show off a little of your midriff, while accentuating your waistline. The red with soft gold accessories are perfect for the holidays, but not too over the top that it wouldn’t still be perfect any time of year!
